Osteo-Form SA Powder
Osteo-Form SA is a natural source of readily assimilable calcium and phosphorus. For use as an aid in the prevention of dietary deficiencies of calcium, phosphorous and vitamins A and D in dogs, cats, birds and reptiles.

Dosage:
Dogs and Cats: To aid in the prevention of dietary deficiencies give 1 to 2 slightly rounded teaspoonfuls for each 10 kilograms (22 pounds) of body weight per day as long as indicated.
Many reptile and avian diets are low in calcium and high in phosphorus. Evaluation of the entire diet is necessary before recommending the exact dose of Osteo-Form SA.
Administration:
Osteo-Form SA may be added to the daily ration or mixed with milk or water. To facilitate proper adhesion of Osteo-Form SA to dry food, slightly moisten food with water.
Each slightly rounded teaspoonful of Osteo-Form SA contains approximately 4 grams. A teaspoon measure is enclosed.
When using Osteo-Form SA as a maintenance dietary supplement, calcium and phosphorus from other food sources should be considered.
